Localzine: How do you like the music scene in your area? Would you say its good/bad/indifferent?
Bobby: Well, you would think since Denton has one of the best music colleges in the country (UNT), that the support would be great, but it's not. There's a lot of competition with the numerous bands we have in town and in the DFW area. Plus, up until this year we were all in high school. No one took us seriously, until they heard us. And clubs don't really like it when the majority of your fan base is too young to drink. Message to clubs: It's about the MUSIC, not the beer.
Localzine: Favorite bands?
Bobby: Well, we all sorta listen to the same stuff. All in all we like Weezer, At the Drive-In, Sparta, Phantom Planet, Quarashi, Saves the Day, Ozma, Incubus, Tool, System of a Down, The Beatles, Bright Eyes, Nickel Creek, The Vines, Our Anomie, Taking Back Sunday, Thursday, The Gemini Program, Valve, Chomsky, The Strokes, Tenacious D, New Found Glory, etc. etc.
Localzine: Whats in yo cd playa right now?
Bobby: In mine? Well I got this 6 CD changer in my Explorer. Um, This Side-Nickel Creek (I just saw them in concert, very bad ass), Tell All Your Friends- Taking Back Sunday, Lifted or The Story Is In the Soil So Keep Your Head to the Ground- Bright Eyes, Some compilation with the Vines on it, Box Car Racer, & a CD I made with Ozma, Twin Jewels, and some other bands on it.
Localzine: Last cd you bought?
Bobby: Tell All Your Friends- Taking Back Sunday
Localzine: How do you like playing live? Whats your favorite and least favorite part of it?
Bobby: Playing live is what we live on. There's nothing better. Especially when the crowd gets into it, that's when we have the most fun. There is no least favorite, our live show is great all around, ask anyone who's seen us.
Localzine: Who are some of your influences?
Bobby: As a band: It's just basically who we listen to, all music has it's influences. Specific bands: Weezer, Incubus, At the Drive In, Thursday, The Beatles, and too many more to mention.

Localzine: Best band you`ve seen live. Bobby: I saw Aerosmith about a year ago, that was definately impressive. So was Cold Play. I saw the Pop Disaster Tour with Blink, Green Day, and Jimmy Eat World, Blink sucked, and I missed JEW, but Green Day rocked. When the Warped Tour came through this summer, that was totally cool, not only did I get to see a lot of cool bands, but I got to meet alomost all of them, that's cool.
Localzine: Boxers or briefs?
Bobby: (Laughs) I think we're all boxers kind of guys.
Localzine: Favorite food?
Bobby: That's tough answering for everyone, I know Josh is a vegetarian, we all like hamburgers, and pizza, and those awesome LoftHouse cookies you can buy at the grocery store, they're like eating heaven.
Localzine: Disneyland or Disney world?
Bobby: I've never been to either one. I've heard the one in Florida is better cause they have Epcot Center.
Localzine: What can you kids be found doing after a show?
Bobby: We usually all crash at Colin's house, or go see a movie, there's always something going on after shows.
Localzine: Whats the worst show you`ve played? Why?
Bobby: There's been a few, it's the one's with technical problems that really suck. Once we played at this retirement home, we played Christmas tunes, it was really bad.
Localzine: Best show you`ve played? Why?
Bobby: There's been a lot of those too. Um, we played at the Galaxy Club in Dallas a while back, that was cool, the crowd was great. Oh, about two weeks ago we played at this awesome burrito place called Eagle Burrito in Denton, the crowd busted out with a big Twister game in the middle of our show and they pulled it up on stage. That was great.
Localzine: What can we expect from the album?
Bobby: We're going to start recording again this month for our upcoming album, "Shake It Off". Expect an EP first though.

Localzine: Do you plan on coming to CA (Bay Area)? When?
Bobby: We were thinking about going on otur this summer, but we need a booking manager or something.
Localzine: Any guilty pleasures?
Bobby: Um....I don't think so, but if I had any, I wouldn't tell.
Localzine: Any bands you want to plug that you don`t think get enough reconigition?
Bobby: This band from around here called Our Anomie, they're really fucking cool. And maybe us, The Jimmi Sticks (I couldn't help it).
Localzine: Most important question of all time.... Who is the pimpest muthafucks of all time?
Bobby: Um, maybe Mr. T, or Shaft, or us.
